The Y2 Fabric Duct Adapter allows you to split airflow in two directions without reducing performance in flexible ducts. Available in 12″, 16″, and 18″ sizes, each adapter features elastic cinch binders at all three openings, enabling a secure fit on mylar and other flexible ducts up to 18″. It can also be used to transition to smaller duct sizes when needed.
Constructed from a durable, non-permeable polyester material, the adapter offers a high melting point of approximately 482°F, does not absorb moisture, dries quickly, resists mildew, and withstands stretching, shrinking, and abrasion. The fabric is inherently fire-retardant, making it ideal for demanding heat-treatment applications.
